Wash Process

Not all rugs are alike, which means they will have to be cleaned differently. Taking proper precautions, we provide these washing processes: 

• Hand cleaning: Antiques, tapestries, delicate, and silk rugs are cleaned by hand to protect your rug’s delicate fibers. 
• Deep wash: Using purified water, olive soaps and deodorizers rugs with organic odors, residues and pet damage are cleaned through a deep wash process. 
• Standard wash: All the other rugs will be cleaned and treated by our standard wash.
